Overview

Lawn mowing and maintenance in New Jersey

Lawn care is the service people judge weekly. A patio gets built once, but the lawn either looks right every Friday or it does not. That is why route consistency matters more than anything else in this part of the business.

Cutting height changes with the season in New Jersey. Higher in summer heat to shade the roots, lower on the last cut before winter. Sharp blades, alternating patterns, and clippings left as fertilizer do more for turf than most products sold for it. The same crew, the same day, every week.

  • Weekly or biweekly routes through the growing season
  • Cutting height adjusted with the season
  • Trimming, edging, and blow off included every visit
  • Sod installation warrantied for one year, materials and labor
What We Cover

What our lawn care service covers in New Jersey

Six lawn care services under one crew, from the weekly cut through the fall cleanup and the sod that replaces a dead lawn.

01

Grass Cutting in New Jersey

Grass cutting in New Jersey at the height the season calls for, not one setting year round. Blades stay sharp, because a torn blade tip browns and a cut one does not. Cutting patterns alternate to keep ruts out of the turf.

02

Lawn Mowing in New Jersey

Lawn mowing in New Jersey on a weekly or biweekly route through the growing season. Every visit includes trimming around beds and fences, edging walkways, and blowing off hard surfaces. Clippings stay on the lawn as fertilizer unless the growth is heavy.

03

Residential Lawn Care in New Jersey

Residential lawn care in New Jersey for homeowners who want the yard handled, not managed. The same crew runs your property each visit, so nobody relearns the gate and the dog. Service runs Monday through Saturday, weather permitting on the mowing route.

04

Commercial Lawn Care in New Jersey

Commercial lawn care in New Jersey for offices, retail centers, HOAs, and multi-unit properties. Crews mow early, keep entrances and walkways clear, and finish before the parking lot fills. Commercial lawn maintenance contracts hold the same day and the same crew weekly.

05

Lawn Maintenance in New Jersey

Lawn maintenance in New Jersey covering the whole season, not just the mowing months. Spring cleanup, edging, bed upkeep, fall leaf removal, and the last cut before winter. One maintenance contract covers all of it, so nothing gets scheduled twice or missed.

06

Sod Installation in New Jersey

Sod installation in New Jersey for bare spots, failed lawns, and new construction grades. Ground gets graded, raked, and prepped before the first roll goes down. Sod gives you a finished lawn in a day, but the watering after is on you.

Frequently Asked

Lawn care questions we get in New Jersey

How much does lawn mowing cost in New Jersey?

It’s priced per visit, based on lot size, how much trimming there is, and how often we come. A fenced yard with beds and trees takes longer than an open lot the same size. We’ll quote it after we see it.

How often should the lawn be cut?

Weekly through the spring push, when grass grows faster than most people expect. Biweekly works in the slower stretches of summer. The rule is never take off more than a third of the blade in one cut.

Do you do one time cuts, or only regular service?

Tell us which you’re after when you call and we’ll price it. An overgrown one time cut prices differently than a route stop, since it takes longer and sometimes needs two passes at different heights.

What’s included in a mowing visit?

Cut, trim around beds, fences, and posts, edge the walkways, then blow the clippings off the hard surfaces. The lawn should look finished when we pull out, not just shorter than when we arrived.

Is sod better than seed?

Sod gives you a lawn the same day, which is why people pick it for bare spots and new construction. It costs more upfront. Seed is cheaper but slower, and it loses to weeds if the timing is wrong.

What happens when it rains?

Wet grass tears instead of cutting clean, and heavy equipment ruts soft ground. Rain usually pushes the route rather than skipping it, so your day may shift within the week. We work Monday through Saturday.
